Store Policy

Custom Orders & Measurements

At Mona Alqubaisi, every custom garment is carefully crafted based on the measurements provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor to ensure the best fit.
Customers may update their measurements within 3 days of placing their order. After this period, production may begin and no further changes can be made.
Mona Alqubaisi is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer after the 3-day amendment period.
If a garment requires alterations due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alteration fees may apply.

Order Cancellation

Custom-made orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us directly via WhatsApp within the 3-day cancellation period. Cancellation requests submitted after this period or once production has started cannot be accepted.
Once production has started or after the 3-day cancellation period has passed, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

As every custom piece is made specifically for the customer, custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Production & Delivery

Production begins after the 3-day amendment and cancellation period has ended.

Production times may vary depending on the design and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery times:

Within the UAE: 2 weeks to 1 month.
International: Approximately 1-2 months.

Delivery times are estimates only. Mona Alqubaisi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy

Information collected may include your name, contact details, shipping address, body measurements, and payment information necessary to process your order.

Your information is used solely to:

Process and fulfill your order.
Communicate with you regarding your purchase.
Provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except trusted service providers involved in payment processing and shipping when necessary.
