• Custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Mona Alqubaisi is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
