At Mona Alqubaisi, every custom garment is carefully crafted based on the measurements provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

• We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor to ensure the best fit.

• Mona Alqubaisi is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.

• If a garment requires alterations due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alteration or remake fees may apply.

• Once production has started, measurements cannot be changed.

Order Cancellation

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

As each custom piece is made specifically for the customer, custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and seasonal demand.

Delivery times provided by shipping companies are outside our control. Mona Alqubaisi is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.
